DIY Fathers Day Greeting Card
Create Father's Day Greeting card
He is your hero, guide and friend. He is always there for you with his love... Now it's your turn to express your love and shower him with your greeting on Father's Day. Why not DIY a special greeting card with father's photos and some words from your heart? This tutorial shows you how to make a greeting card for father's day step by step.
Here's what we'll need:
Below is the step by step instruction:
Step 1. Create a new collage from template.
Run the program and click "Create a New Collage" and than a pop-up window will prompt you to select a template. Here I pick the "Greeting card3".
Step 2. Add photo.
Double click or drag the photo from the left list box to the frame of template and adjust the size of photo in the frame to the best effect by using the editing toolbar upper of the selected photo. If you think your photo is too dark or not perfect, use the effect tab to retouch it without hesitation. There are many effects offered by the program, such as old picture, oil, blur, brightness, contrast, embossment and more. Double-click a thumbnail of effects to apply the effect to your photo and right click to cancel.
Step 3. Add the text.
Write something from heart to Daddy. The powerful function of text editing like wordarts, shadow, halation, texture can give more space to show creativity and true love. Here are some words I wrote to my Father:
Fathers are wonderful people
Too little understood,
And we do not sing their praises
As often as we should...
For the only reason Dad aspires
To fortune and success
Is to make the family proud of him
And to bring them happiness...
Step 4. Print out.
Print the greeting card at home with more custom sizes or even more than one picture on a page.
Ok, that's done! Download Photo Collage Studio and follow the steps to create a Father's Day card by yourself.

Papa Can You Hear Me? - Barbra Streisand
Daddy's Little Girl - Karla Bonoff
Just The Two Of Us - Will Smith

Fathers Day Poem 2009
Fathers are Wonderful People
Fathers are wonderful people
Too little understood,
And we do not sing their praises
As often as we should...
For, somehow, Father seems to be
The man who pays the bills,
While Mother binds up little hurts
And nurses all our ills...
And Father struggles daily
To live up to "HIS IMAGE"
As protector and provider
And "hero or the scrimmage"...
And perhaps that is the reason
We sometimes get the notion,
That Fathers are not subject
To the thing we call emotion,
But if you look inside Dad's heart,
Where no one else can see
You'll find he's sentimental
And as "soft" as he can be...
But he's so busy every day
In the grueling race of life,
He leaves the sentimental stuff
To his partner and his wife...
But Fathers are just WONDERFUL
In a million different ways,
And they merit loving compliments
And accolade of praise,
For the only reason Dad aspires
To fortune and success
Is to make the family proud of him
And to bring them happiness...
And like OUR HEAVENLY FATHER,
He's a guardian and a guide,
Someone that we can count on
To be ALWAYS ON OUR SIDE.
fathers day poem my hero
As I ponder the love that I saw in his eyes,
A Godly love, given without compromise....
I recall many times that he stood by my side,
And prodded me on with great vigor and pride.
His voice ever confident, firm and yet fair,
Always speaking with patience, tenderness and care.
The power and might of his hands was so sure,
I knew there was nothing we couldn't endure.
It's true, a few others provided insight,
Yet, he laid the foundation that kept me upright.
He's the grandest of men to have lived on this earth,
Although he's not royal by stature or birth.
He's a man of great dignity, honor and strength.
His merits are noble, and of admirable length.
He's far greater than all other men that I know,
He's my Dad, he's my mentor, my friend and hero

Mothers Day Greeting Ecard
Create Mother's Day Ecards
With Mother's Day just around the corner, the crunch is on to find the perfect gift. Of course, mommy says that all she wants is a homemade ecard and maybe some breakfast in bed as usual. Yes, a greeting ecard for mommy with gifts is needed every year. But how to make this ecard more special to show my love to mommy? This year I am going to DIY it with our photos and some words from my heart via a collage software called Photo Collage Studio.
Here's what we'll need:
Below is the step by step instruction:
Step 1. Create a new collage from template.
Run the program and click "Create a New Collage" and than a pop-up window will prompt you to select a template. Here I pick the "Greeting card1".
Step 2. Add photo.
Double click or drag the photo from the left list box to the frame of template and adjust the size of photo in the frame to the best effect by using the editing toolbar upper of the selected photo.
Tip: If you think your photo is too dark or not perfect, use the effect tab to retouch it without hesitation. There are many effects offered by the program, such as old picture, oil, blur, brightness, contrast, embossment and more. Double-click a thumbnail of effects to apply the effect to your photo and right click to cancel.
Step 3. Add the text.
Write something from heart to Mommy. The powerful function of text editing like wordarts, shadow, halation, texture can give more space to show creativity and true love. Here are some words I wrote to my mother:
To you who raised me
I offer this thought
It is something I learned
Without being taught
In all the world
There is no other
To take the place
Of my dear Mother
Step 4. Print out.
Print the greeting ecard at home with more custom sizes or even more than one picture on a page.
Ok, that's done! I think that my great Mommy will be so happy to receive this ecard on Mother's Day. What about you? Try to follow the steps and create a Mother's Day ecard by yourself.
